Week 1 - They say the first week is always the toughest, well although it took a bit of time adjusting to things. But reading through Tummy Vanisher I managed to get over the first hump and had a huge week in weight loss. Loss 3.4kg Week 2 - Really starting to get into the swing of things alerady. I've taken to this program like a duck to water and not only is it EASY but I'm actually ENJOYING this.Loss 1.8kg Week 3 - I've been so happy this past week, I didn't realise how unhappy my weight was making me. I'm feeling much better in myself and already starting to see the difference in my body.Loss 1.0kg Week 4 - This week was my friends's birthday, I was a little naughty and ate more than I should have and still managed to lose weight. It paid off and then some. It goes to show that you can really put in as little or as much effort as you like with Tummy Vanisher.Loss 1.4kg Week 6 - It's amazing, I tried on one of my old pairs of jeans this week and I can already fit into them again. My waste is literally vanishing!Loss 1.2kg Week 7 - The effects of the program are finally starting to pay off. During the week I met someone.... That's right, someone is actually interested in ME! We're going on our first date next week.Loss 1.0kg Week 8 - Because of the excitement of a date I kinda slipped up this week and done some things I should have. Again I couldn't believe my eyes when I got on the scales and seen I still lost weight this week. I don't know what I'd have to do to NOT lose weight.... I really cna't beleive the results I'm getting while still living a normal life.Loss 0.8kg Week 9 - Well we've got a problem now, my clothes are all to big for me.. This is a problem I'm happy to have though. I guess it's time to go shopping and get myself something nice to show off my new body.Loss 1.6kg Week 10 - I've finished the Tummy Vansiher 10 week challange on a high note. I decided to go fairly hard for the final week to get the best results, but me being me I was pretty lazy.
